noisy surroundings

The bathroom needed serious attention. it felt like stepping into a time capsule. The old heating system struggled to keep the place warm, and you could hear traffic from the nearby I-75 too clearly, along with the blaring blasts from trains close by. Plus, the housekeeping left much to be desired—without proper cleaning done, it felt like an inconvenience to have to leave the room with all my stuff every day.

worn linen

poor service

absolutely ridiculous that I was forced to leave my car full of belongings while housekeeping did absolutely nothing. The linen looked disgustingly worn and uninviting. I expected a warm welcome or at least a free upgrade since I booked early, but instead was treated like just another guest. I almost didn’t write this review, but just couldn’t forget the experience.

The room was spacious, perfect for my large family, and we loved catching some cable programming after a long day. We even enjoyed the local dog park, which made it easy with our furry friend tagging along. My fiance had fun relaxing there too!
